Q: What time should I check-in and check-out my pet?

A: Pets may be dropped off and picked up during regular business hours, and also on Saturday nights between 5:00 and 5:30, and on Sunday morning 8:00 to 8:30 and evening 5:00 and 5:30.

What if I need to cancel my pet’s reservation?

A: As long as you give 24 hours’ notice, there will be no charge. Otherwise, you will be charged for one day of boarding.

Q: My pet is on a special diet. What should I do?

A: We are happy to feed your pet his special diet food. Just bring it with you in his overnight bag!

 Q: My pet is on medication. Will you give it to him?

A: Certainly. There is a fee for administering medications – please refer to our SPECIAL CARE OPTIONS.

Q: My pet has never been without me. Can I check on him while I am away?

A: Of course! Feel free to call our staff during regular business hours.
